Implementation of the business management system for increasing performance and optimising business processes
On the 10 November 2016 UAB Marex Boats completed the implementation of the project named “Implementation of the business management system for increasing performance and optimising business processes” co-financed by the Regional Development Fund of the European Union, under the E-business facility. According to the financing agreement, the company had to invest up to EUR 22,140.60 of own funds (excl. VAT) in the project implementation, and the amount of support totalled EUR 22,140.60. The total value of the project lasting for 12 months, according to the agreement with the Lithuanian Business Support Agency, is EUR 44,281.20.
During the project UAB MAREX Boats implemented an innovative and complex e-business solution that will help to manage and plan the companies resources, optimise the business process management and production planning process, etc. The system will help to increase the company’s sales and scope of operations, flexibility and speed in responding to orders, boosting performance and facilitating successful competition in the sector.
It is anticipated that the implementation of new E-business solutions will raise the company’s labour productivity indicator and strengthen the company’s competitiveness not only within the country but internationally.
Verslo valdymo sistemos įdiegimas siekiant darbo našumo didinimo ir verslo procesų optimizavimo
2016 m. lapkričio 10 d. UAB „MAREX Boats“ baigė įgyvendinti projektą pavadinimu „Verslo valdymo sistemos įdiegimas siekiant darbo našumo didinimo ir verslo procesų optimizavimo“ iš dalies finansuotą Europos Sąjungos Regioninės plėtros fondo lėšomis pagal priemonę „E-verslas“. Įmonė į projekto įgyvendinimą pagal finansavimo sutartį turėjo investuoti iki 22.140,60 EUR nuosavų lėšų (neįskaitant PVM), o paramos suma siekė 22.140,60 EUR. Bendra 12 mėn. trukmės projekto vertė pagal sutartį su Lietuvos verslo paramos agentūrą sudaro 44.281,20 EUR.
Projekto įgyvendinimo metu UAB „MAREX Boats“ įsidiegė inovatyvų ir kompleksinį elektroninį verslo sprendimą, kuris padės suvaldyti ir suplanuoti įmonės išteklius, optimizuos verslo procesų valdymą bei gamybos planavimo procesą ir t.t. Sistemos įdiegimas leis padidinti įmonės pardavimus bei veiklos apimtis, lanksčiau ir operatyviau reaguoti į užsakymus, pakelti darbo našumo lygį bei sėkmingai konkuruoti savo sektoriuje.
Tikimasi, kad naujų E-verslo sprendimų diegimas, pakels įmonės darbo našumo rodiklį ir sustiprins įmonės konkurencingumą ne tik šalies, bet ir tarptautiniu mastu.
